Badabadok is a wild rural craft project that stems from the passion for the art of bookbinding. Creation takes place in a natural space, surrounded by plants and with all the life they bring. Unique, original and lovingly made notebooks that are now waiting to accompany you on your journey to yourself through cacao.

The technique applied is Coptic binding, and the materials used are as sustainable as possible. The print on the journal evokes cacao, it reminds of when bubbles are made on top of the ceremonial drink. It also resembles the shapes cacao paste makes when the butter blooms freely.

Use it to write down the wisdom you learn about cacao, the different cacaos or chocolates you taste, or whatever else this master plant inspires you.

Please note that, as handcrafted pieces, their appearance may vary slightly from the photographs shown and between one piece to another.
